     Quill of Release - An artifact passed on to her from her predecessor. It was created by Isilia Milele, the first Altair to free her wings and use her own magic to begin releasing other Altair's magic as well. To the average person it's   just a feather though. It is still active and capable of fulfilling it's creators wishes. The quill has the ability to shrink in size, where the feather will disappear and it can be carried more easily.
